Reporting a bug
Write to support@chillars.com. Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a number is wrong, include the figures. An amount, a currency and a period is enough to reproduce most of them.
Please do not attach your full financial export. One transaction that reproduces the problem does the job and keeps the rest of your history private.
Security issues
Report anything with security implications to the same address with “security” in the subject line, and please do not describe it publicly until it is fixed.
Feature requests
Four things sit outside the scope of the project rather than waiting to be built: bank synchronisation, SMS parsing, investment tracking, and anything involving a language model. The reasoning for the last one is on the about page.
